While googling the spelling of this totally awesome but no-longer restaurant in New Orleans for this silly project I’m doing I ran across their website and for just a second it looked like they were still open.  For like a whole minute I thought we could go there next time we were in town.  The people who ran it though, they have a NEW COOKBOOK.  lord almighty I will never be done.  I will never be done and now I want barbecue shrimp.
